Strategic Roadmaps & Launch Strategy

Enablement doesn't start with a training request - it starts with a business problem. This section walks through how go-to-market strategy gets translated into enablement priorities: what the company needed to move, who had to change how they worked, and the roadmap that connected the two. 

Rather than a list of deliverables, I work to also showcase reasoning behind them - how cross-functional input from Product, Marketing, Segment, and Leadership (Sales and other) shaped what got built, in what order, and why.

AI Fluency

Project Type:  Formal learning program to support the launch and continuous development of the organizations flagship solution. 

Launch Strategy: Phased approach over a 12-month period with learning modifications made based on audience need and current knowledge/skillset level.

Functions Worked With: Senior Leadership, Sales Leadership, Product, Product Marketing, Go-To-Market, and Customer Success.

Audience: Sales Leadership, Sales (all levels), and Customer Success. Open to all but compulsory for all Sales and Customer Success.

Roadmap: Gap analysis performed to establish current AI fluency levels.

 

 - Phase 1 focused on AI Readiness and included 3, 1-day "bootcamp" workshops for those with more advanced levels of current experience. For remaining audience, Phase 1 included 4 e-learnings and 2 ask the expert sessions with the VP of Product and CTO in partnership with Sales Enablement to ensure all reps were meeting the same expectations of knowledge before beginning Phase 2.

-Phase 2 focused on AI Deepening and included benchmarking and 5 e-learnings focused on MCP, Multi-Threading, Demo Readiness, Understanding UX, and a certification knowledge and demonstration assessment.

Result: Increased confidence in customer conversations with an increase is AI keywords identified in conversation trackers in Gong.
